Pop of NEON

Hola :)!! Espero hayan tenido un fin de semana maravilloso (o al menos bueno)... Mis mejores deseos para está semana !!Un Beso !!

Pants/Pantalones: Zara
Sweater/Suéter: Sheinside
Shoes/Zapatos: Local Store
Necklace/Collar: My creation-Mi creación
Clutch: Zara

Hoy quiero compartir con ustedes una receta de los jugos que me gusta hacer y me pareció perfecto hoy por ser Lunes inicio de semana y todo eso jaja (Si les gusta la idea díganme)

 I want to share with you one of my smoothie recipes and today seems perfect to my because is  Monday, and beginning of the week and all that stuff haha (If you like it, please tell me)


Ingredients-Ingredientes:

A handful of Spinach - Un puño de Espinacas 
Celery - Apio
 One Orange- Una Naranja
A pinch of linseed- Un puñito de linaza 

Then just grind it and you can strain it or not (I didn't)

Ahora solo muele todo, y si quieres cuélalo ( Yo prefiero con toda esa fibra)

    Really like the sweater.
    Recipe-wise - remember to grind the flaxseed otherwise the body cannot get the goodness from the inside. Or use chia instead - they can be eaten whole. :)

    I love your red pants! They match my blood orange you commented on! A blood orange is a different variety of citrus that is supposed to be that deep blood red color, they taste so so good!
